This game is run by Paul Kiely’s campaign for OTF Governor. Your privacy matters — here’s exactly what we collect and why, in plain terms.

What we collect

• Your name, email, OECTA unit, and the avatar you pick.
• Your game progress — puzzles solved, board zones lit, delegate connections, and prize-draw entries.
• A random device ID and a one-way-hashed IP address — used to keep your account working across sessions and devices, and to run the app securely. (The device ID is a random value our app generates; it is not a hardware fingerprint.)

Why we collect it

To run the game and save your progress; to let you recover your account on a new phone; to run the prize draws and reach you if you win; and to contact you about the campaign only if you opt in.

Who it’s shared with

No one else — except the two services that make the app work: Cloudflare (hosting and database, where your data is stored) and Amazon SES (sends the verification and prize emails; email is processed in Canada). We never sell your information, and we never share it with your school board, OECTA, or your employer.

What we don’t do

No ads, no cross-web tracking, no selling data.

How long we keep it

Only for the 2027 AGM campaign. Everything is deleted within 30 days after the AGM.

Your choices

Ask us to delete your account and data, or to stop emailing you, any time — email mr.kiely@sttl.ca and we’ll take care of it.
